End-to-End Weighbridge Automation
A complete weighbridge automation system was implemented at the cement manufacturing facility. The solution integrated QR code scheduling, ANPR (Automatic Number Plate Recognition), digital signature validation, and automated weighbridge operations
Truck & Driver Pre-Registration
The logistics team inputs the truck number, driver credentials, and contact information into the system. Based on this data, a unique QR code is generated with a scheduled time slot for pick-up, helping manage traffic and avoid on-site congestion.
Driver Arrival & Entry Verification
Upon arrival at the plant gate, the driver presents the QR code. The ANPR camera automatically captures and verifies the truck number. If the information matches the registered details, entry is granted without manual intervention.
Weighbridge & Loading Process
The truck proceeds to the weighbridge. The vehicle weight is recorded automatically before and after loading. The cement is loaded as per the PO. Load cells and real-time monitoring tools ensure accurate weight measurement.
Load & Identity Verification
A load verification system ensures the cement quantity matches the approved PO. Simultaneously, the driver provides a digital signature which is authenticated.
Exit and Record Completion
The system generates a dispatch slip with all necessary details, including weight data, time logs, and digital approvals. The truck is allowed to exit after a final ANPR check and barrier control.
