Overview
Parvathi Textiles is a growing textile business with an active field sales team and a complex inventory structure driven by multiple Units of Measurement (UOM). With products measured and sold in varying units based on business needs, the organization required a digital system that could accurately reflect real-world inventory movement while supporting sales operations and management visibility.
To meet these requirements, Parvathi Textiles partnered with TekyDoct, an Authorized Zoho Partner, to design a customized inventory and sales management solution using Zoho Books and Zoho Creator.

TekyDoct worked closely with Parvathi Textiles to understand their inventory logic, sales workflow, and reporting needs. The solution was designed with flexibility at its core—combining the robustness of Zoho Books with the customization capabilities of Zoho Creator.
The focus was on enabling UOM-level inventory control, digitizing field sales activities, and providing management with real-time, actionable insights through centralized dashboards.
Centralized Accounting & Inventory with Zoho Books
Zoho Books was implemented as the core accounting platform, with structured configuration of chart of accounts, customers, vendors, taxes, and products. End-to-end workflows such as sales orders, invoicing, inventory tracking, and financial reporting were enabled to create a unified operational system.
UOM-Based Inventory Management Using Zoho Creator
Parvathi Textiles follows a custom inventory model where products are tracked and sold using multiple units of measurement. To support this requirement:
- Custom inventory modules were developed in Zoho Creator
- UOM-level logic was applied to track inventory movement accurately
- Seamless integration with Zoho Books ensured accounting records remained consistent This approach allowed the business to maintain precise inventory control aligned with actual operational practices.
Mobile-Based Sales Order Creation
A Zoho Creator mobile application was developed for the field sales team
- Salespersons can create sales orders directly from mobile devices
- Orders are captured in real time with customer details, order data, and salesperson information
- Geolocation is recorded at the time of order creation This streamlined the sales process and ensured faster, more accurate order capture.
Centralized Dashboards & Business Visibility
